Validate demand with a few cheap tests before you spend weeks building.
Write one sentence: who has what problem, and what do they do about it today? If you cannot name the audience, you are not ready to build.
Search marketplaces and Google for paid solutions. Competitors are good news: they prove people pay. Note their prices and the complaints in their reviews.
Find five people in the audience (forums, communities you already belong to) and ask how they handle the problem now. Do not pitch. Listen for the words they use; reuse them in your copy.
Build a one-page site that describes the product and has a buy or waitlist button. Be clear if it is not yet available. Count how many visitors click.
A real payment is the strongest signal. Offer a launch price with a clear delivery date and a refund policy.
Decide in advance: if fewer than X people click or buy after Y days, you stop or change the angle.
