Privacy notice

CompanyWRX, LLC operates LaunchWRX. This notice explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Your answers and case details (for example the type of payout issue, dates, a redacted notice excerpt, and the timeline you write). Used only to produce your checklist and package.
• Your email address, only if you give it: to send your receipt and download link, or, if you ask for your checklist by email, that checklist plus at most two follow-up emails over 5 days. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and the sequence stops if you buy.
• Payment information is collected by Stripe on Stripe's own page. We never see or store your card details. We receive the payment status and the email you give Stripe.
• Usage data: pages viewed, referring site, campaign tags and a random first-party visitor identifier stored in a cookie, so we can count visits and see which pages help. We do not use advertising trackers.
• Download records: the time, IP address and browser of each package download, kept as proof of delivery.

What we never ask for

Passwords, payment card numbers, bank account numbers, government ID documents or your Shopify login. If you paste something that looks like one of these, our form rejects it and asks you to remove it.

How we protect it

Case answers and email addresses are encrypted at rest. The site is served over HTTPS. Access to our admin tools is restricted and password protected. We do not send your case details to AI providers.

How long we keep it

Case answers, case details and generated packages are deleted automatically 30 days after you start your assessment. You can delete them sooner from your case page. Order records (amount, date, Stripe reference) are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes, without your case details.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, and our email provider (only if you ask us to email you). We do not sell your information.

Your choices

Delete your case at any time from its page, or email support@companywrx.com to request access, correction or deletion.
