These terms govern your use of LaunchWRX (launchwrx.com), operated by CompanyWRX, LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying a package you agree to them.

1. What LaunchWRX provides

LaunchWRX provides self-help information tools and downloadable documents. Payout Rescue is an independent case-preparation tool: it organizes information you give us alongside summaries of publicly available Shopify Help Center pages.

2. What LaunchWRX does not provide

• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for Shopify Inc. or any payment processor.
• We do not contact Shopify or any third party on your behalf and have no access to your accounts.
• We cannot release funds, remove holds or reserves, or influence any decision, and we do not guarantee any outcome.
• We do not provide legal, financial, tax or accounting advice.

3. Your responsibilities

• The information you provide must be accurate, and you must be the store owner or authorized by them.
• You may not use LaunchWRX to create false or misleading statements or documents, to conceal material information, or to evade any verification, review or compliance process. We may refuse or end service if we believe you are doing so.
• Do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, bank account numbers or identity documents.
• You are responsible for reviewing any draft we generate before you send it, and for what you send.

4. Accuracy of information

Summaries of Shopify procedures reflect Shopify's published pages on the date we checked them, shown in each package. Shopify may change its procedures at any time. Shopify's current pages and its direct communications to you take priority over anything we provide.

5. Payment and refunds

Paid packages are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. See our refund policy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to LaunchWRX is limited to the amount you paid us for the package concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any funds held by a third party.
